Kristi T. Baxter, Search Consultant

Kristi Baxter joined Bohan and Bradstreet as a seasoned consumer packaged goods professional with ten years of brand management experience. She has held consumer and brand marketing positions with The Walt Disney Company, Frito-Lay and The Coca-Cola Company, most recently as the Senior Brand Manager of Diet Coke North America. In those roles she managed both the consumer and business side of the brands; identifying consumer trends and utilizing insights to further develop, grow and ensure relevancy of the brands to their target consumers, as well as responsibility for the P&L, developing channel and supply chain strategies and all facets of marketing communications. As a consultant, Kristi leverages her skills and experience to assist clients and candidates in their search for excellent talent and opportunities. She uses her in-depth knowledge in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Business Development to provide insightful career counseling to candidates and value-added placement of senior staff to executive level professionals with clients. Kristi has her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kristi is active in her local community and resides in Newfields, NH with her husband and three children.

Edward B. Bradstreet, CPC, President

With over 2500 completed searches, Ed Bradstreet is optimistic about 2007. “We are blessed with excellent clients who appreciate the value, knowledge and quality process that we bring to every search. Our candidates are personally evaluated and counseled. It is a WIN-WIN for both the hiring authority and the candidate. This investment on all parts provides the foundation for our past and future successes.” After two years with Burroughs Corporation, Ed began his personnel consulting career in 1970 with a regional recruitment firm and then served for six years as Partner with a leading national organization, where he won consecutive National Search Consultant of the Year awards from 1982 through 1986. In 1987, Ed established BOHAN & BRADSTREET, INC., which specializes in recruiting Accounting/Financial, Human Resources, Information Systems, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Sales/Marketing professionals from senior staff to executive levels. Ed concentrates on searches in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Sales/Marketing and General Management areas. As a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Ed has assisted a wide range of businesses from start-up enterprises and privately held companies to NYSE listed corporations on confidential searches, organizational dynamics, employee evaluations, personnel recruiting and outplacement counseling. He upholds the highest of ethics and professionalism in the personnel industry. He has organized and been President of several business development groups throughout Connecticut; is an executive board member of the New Haven Chamber of Commerce and The Entrepreneurship Institute; is an active member of NAPS, CAPS and The Pinnacle Society; and has been a featured speaker for numerous professional organizations and Big Biller panels at local and national events. Ed completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont and resides in New Haven.

Amy L. Lemon, CPC, PHR, Assistant Vice President

Amy Lemon joined Bohan & Bradstreet in 2005 with over 10 years in corporate Human Resources, including a strong focus on hiring and talent management in many functional groups. On the client side, she has worked in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, publishing, and consulting, and she leverages her insights from those experiences when partnering with clients and candidates. Amy understands how critical it has become for companies to find and compete for talent and for candidates to continue growing their skills in a constantly changing marketplace. Amy’s approach to client and candidate placements involves keying in on both the core job skills and the soft skills, assuring that candidates fit the job responsibilities and the company culture. As a consultant, Amy works with clients on professional and senior level positions in Marketing, Sales, Human Resources and Operations. Amy graduated with a B.A. from Yale University and a M.A. from Harvard University. She lives with her husband and 2 children in Guilford, where she is actively involved in school and community activities.

Lauren P. Loomis, Search Consultant

Lauren Loomis joins Bohan & Bradstreet with eight years experience in the financial services industry where she focused on Marketing and Communications for Prudential Financial. While with Prudential, she also held positions in Human Resources, Training & Development and Operations. She holds her NASD Series 6&63 license and has extensive knowledge in successfully executing marketing plans, product development initiatives, project management and brand recognition. Lauren understands the value of active listening to identify opportunities for candidates that will provide career satisfaction and ongoing advancement. She is dedicated to unparalleled client service and building long lasting relationships that bring continued success to each organization’s goals. As a search consultant, her primary focus is placing senior staff to leadership roles in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support. Lauren graduated from Quinnipiac University with an English and Marketing degree and resides in New Haven with her husband and two sons.

William J. Mack III, CPC, Senior Search Consultant

Bill Mack joined Bohan & Bradstreet with over thirty years of business management experience in the printing industry. As President of his own company, Bill had full management and hiring responsibility for the sales and marketing, customer service, production, and finance and accounting functions of the company. He served in numerous volunteer leadership roles for The Printing Industry of America, an international trade association with fourteen thousand member companies. Prior to entering the printing industry, Bill was an Associate Design Engineer with a major Connecticut aerospace defense contractor. Bill’s extensive management experience provides him with the insight necessary to partner with executives and understand the uniqueness of each client’s culture, organization, and strategic challenges and opportunities in order to assure hiring success. Bill also offers candidates a wealth of knowledge and career planning advice in their search for new opportunities at the senior staff to management and executive level. Bill graduated from Cornell University, has three sons, and resides with his wife in Woodbridge.

Victoria M. Pallotto, CPC, Senior Vice President

Victoria M. Pallotto joined BOHAN & BRADSTREET, Inc. in 1995 as a personnel consultant specializing in the accounting and finance disciplines. Ms. Pallotto joined the staffing industry with over ten years of diverse experience in public accounting, and contributing financial roles with: NORTH AMERICAN PHILIPS, ANIXTER BROTHERS and BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB. Ms. Pallotto received her MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven and obtained a BS in Accounting from Providence College. Ms. Pallotto served on the 1999 Big Billers Panel for the Connecticut Association of Personnel Services (CAPS) and the 2002 Big Billers Panel for the New England Association of Personnel Services (NEAPS) regional conference. In 2002, Ms. Pallotto was nominated to The Pinnacle Society as one of the most successful search consultants nationally. As a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Ms. Pallotto has developed and supported clients in public accounting, private industry and Fortune 500 settings throughout Connecticut. She has continued to successfully grow her business over the last seven years. Her candidate recruitment has focused on assisting professionals from staff to senior management level, in addition to developing and maintaining excellent client relationships. Ms. Pallotto has made the investment to personally meet her candidates and clients and takes a highly focused approach towards the placement process. Ms. Pallotto has participated in New Haven County community organizations as a volunteer for events coordinated by the American Cancer Society, Leukemia Society and Volvo International Tennis Tournament. John P. Parker, Senior Search Consultant

John has over 18 years in corporate sales including 10 years at Dun & Bradstreet where he was focused in financial services. He has been a Sales Manager for the past 6 years where he was ranked first nationally in new business sales and has hired over 50 top producing sales professionals in the finance, telecom and barter industries. In 2006 John entered the search industry and has been applying his financial services expertise, strong sales and management skills to manage contingency and retained searches for commercial and retail banking clients. His expertise in the finance field assures that the clients and candidates' searches will be conducted in a very knowledgeable, professional and confidential manner. Philip H. Pearlman, CPA, Senior Vice President

A Certified Public Accountant, Philip H. Pearlman joined BOHAN & BRADSTREET in 1997 as a Personnel Consultant with over 20 years diversified business experience in both “Big 4” public accounting and private industry. Working for both PWC and KPMG, Phil’s client base ranged from large SEC engagements to small private foundations. Phil’s private industry experience as Corporate CFO and Controller, specialized in manufacturing environments including responsibility for all financial, treasury, data processing, personnel and administrative functions. Phil received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Pace University, with honors, and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. As a Consultant, Phil is very unique (and very good). Specializing in the placement of accounting, financial and tax personnel at the staff to Manager level he has an outstanding send-out to placement ratio. In assisting with his candidates Phil utilizes a team-approach, as all candidates are equally responsible in accomplishing the goal of finding the best opportunity achievable. Candidates are required to prepare, in advance, their thoughts, value added accomplishments-to-date, a Predictive Index and their skill sets. A typical meeting with Phil is a fun, fact-filled role-playing session. In supporting his clients with exceptional talent, Phil pulls out all the stops. Mark R. Proft, Search Consultant

Mark Proft joined Bohan & Bradstreet with over 18 years of management experience in marketing, product development and general management at United Technologies, Pitney Bowes, and Legrand. As a hiring manager for positions in marketing, technical sales, and new product development, he knows first hand the crucial role that talent selection plays in executing business change initiatives. Mark approaches client engagements with a hiring manager’s perspective; emphasizing urgency, and seeking candidates that have both motivation and chemistry as well as the required professional skills to make immediate contributions. Mark specializes in building senior and executive careers within the “innovation pipeline”; from marketing and product management to engineering and operations. He has experience with best practices in “voice of the customer” measurement, product lifecycle management, quality systems including Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing initiatives. Mark holds a B.S. in Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and resides in West Hartford, CT.

Stuart L. Wilkie, Search Consultant

Stuart L. Wilkie joined Bohan & Bradstreet with over 20 years experience in IT, Human Resources, Purchasing, and Project Management primarily at SBC/SNET (now AT&T). While at SBC/SNET Stuart was part of the dynamic team that launched a successful cable television franchise and worked closely with the marketing, technical operations, regulatory, legal, and programming teams. He is an experienced negotiator who sees all perspectives fairly and accurately resulting in a Win/Win situation for all parties involved. With a focus on achieving the optimum results for his clients and candidates, Stuart understands that the best companies need premium talent to ensure their continued success. He has an innate ability to assist his clients in discovering exactly what their specific requirements are and should or should not be. Stuart enjoys helping his clients envision where they want to go and how they can achieve those goals through the hiring of appropriate and dedicated individuals. As a Search Consultant, Stuart specializes in IT and Supply Chain/Procurement placements. Stuart graduated with a B.A. from Yale University. He lives in Guilford and is actively involved in a variety of community organizations.

Jennifer C. Worcester, Assistant Vice President

Jennifer joins Bohan & Bradstreet with over five years experience in management roles within Fortune and Global 500 companies including Black & Decker and Adecco Employment. Experience with training and her account management expertise have prepared her to partner with clients and candidates in order to provide the ideal working relationship. With continuous improvement being a prominent feature in her profession, Jennifer specializes in working with her candidates to develop middle management careers, enabling mobility towards a senior staff level position. Jennifer primarily focuses on accounting and finance placements where each job description can be industry specific. Detail and accuracy in understanding job roles and candidate motivations is how she earns her success as a consultant. Jennifer graduated from the University of Massachusetts’ Isenberg School of Management with a B.B.A. in Marketing and a B.A. in English.
