Robert J. Bastian,
Search Consultant
Robert Bastian joined Bohan & Bradstreet with more than 20 years of technical and commercial experience within General Electric, Schneider Electric, Precision Castparts, and MAHLE. His leadership experience includes engineering, sales, marketing, and operations roles that involved new product development and marketing, new business development and relationship management, and sales management through industrial distributors, agents, manufacturing reps, and B2B.
With hands-on Six Sigma experience, Robert understands business processes and personal skills needed to provide timely and competitive technical product and service solutions.
As a search consultant, Robert has a history of hiring, mentoring and developing talent. Partnering with clients, Robert will evaluate and present talent with the necessary knowledge, skills, and personality traits that are aligned to the goals, objectives, responsibilities and culture of the search opportunity. Roberts holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University with graduate work in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration.

Kristi T. Baxter,
Search Consultant
Kristi Baxter joined Bohan and Bradstreet as a seasoned consumer packaged goods professional with ten years of brand management experience. She has held consumer and brand marketing positions with The Walt Disney Company, Frito-Lay and The Coca-Cola Company, most recently as the Senior Brand Manager of Diet Coke North America. In those roles she managed both the consumer and business side of the brands; identifying consumer trends and utilizing insights to further develop, grow and ensure relevancy of the brands to their target consumers, as well as responsibility for the P&L, developing channel and supply chain strategies and all facets of marketing communications.
As a consultant, Kristi leverages her skills and experience to assist clients and candidates in their search for excellent talent and opportunities. She uses her in-depth knowledge in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Business Development to provide insightful career counseling to candidates and value-added placement of senior staff to executive level professionals with clients.
Kristi has her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kristi is active in her local community and resides in Newfields, NH with her husband and three children.

Lee Boyd,
Search Consultant
Lee Boyd joined Bohan & Bradstreet with seven years of experience in sales and marketing roles with Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T and Enterprise. Lee has a proven track record of penetrating new markets and maintaining strong positive relationships with clientele. As an account manager for AT&T, Lee was nationally ranked in the top 20 for sales performance. He has won top honors for revenue growth and outstanding customer service in his field. As a consultant, Lee will leverage his experience to facilitate sales and marketing placements. Lee holds a B.A. in Psychology from East Carolina University and an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.

Edward B. Bradstreet, CPC,

With over 2500 completed searches, Ed Bradstreet approached each search with enthusiasm and a consultative approach to advise the client on how to attract and secure talent that will meet or exceed expectations. “We are blessed with excellent clients who appreciate the value, knowledge and quality process that we bring to every search. This investment on all parts provides the foundation for our past and future successes.” After two years with Burroughs Corporation, Ed began his personnel consulting career in 1970 with a regional recruitment firm and then served for six years as Partner with a leading national organization, where he won consecutive National Search Consultant of the Year awards from 1982 through 1986. In 1987, Ed established BOHAN & BRADSTREET, INC., which specializes in recruiting Accounting/Financial, Human Resources, Information Systems, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Sales/Marketing professionals from senior staff to executive levels. Ed concentrates on searches in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Sales/Marketing and General Management areas. As a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Ed has assisted a wide range of businesses from start-up enterprises and privately held companies to NYSE listed corporations on confidential searches, organizational dynamics, employee evaluations, personnel recruiting and outplacement counseling. He upholds the highest of ethics and professionalism in the personnel industry. Over the years have organized and led several business development groups throughout Connecticut; established the Elm City Executive Forum and the Business Advisory Council; current board member of the VNA Community Healthcare, Junior Achievement, and RDS Holdings; former executive board member of the New Haven Chamber of Commerce, The Entrepreneurship Institute, and Connecticut Motor Club; active member of NAPS, CAPS, IRSA, National Banking & Financial Services Network and The Pinnacle Society; and a featured speaker for numerous local and national professional events. Ed completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont and resides in Madison.

Jennifer C. Burlingame,
Assistant Vice President
Jennifer joined Bohan & Bradstreet in 2006 and brought with her over five years experience in management roles within Fortune and Global 500 companies including Black & Decker and Adecco Employment. As an Assistant Vice President, Jennifer focuses on accounting, finance, and banking positions. Partnering closely with clients in the Banking, Private Equity, Financial Service, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Consumer Product industries, she enjoys assisting her candidates, from staff level to senior management level, into positions that provide strong career development and offer a defined path to success.
Staying up-to-date with current events and the changing market, Jennifer manages the Bohan & Bradstreet social media accounts which offer both clients and candidates real time information on the latest hiring and economic trends occurring in Connecticut. Detail and accuracy in understanding today’s job roles and candidate motivations is how she develops strong relationships and earns her success as a consultant. Jennifer graduated from the University of Massachusetts’ Isenberg School of Management with a B.B.A. in Marketing and a B.A. in English.

Beth M. Hulteen-Burkle,
Search Consultant
Beth M. Hulteen-Burkle joined Bohan & Bradstreet with over 15 years of experience in human resource, legal affairs and corporate operations. Beth's experience includes positions as Remington Products Company and Pentron Corporation. Beth was with Pentron for 13 years in progressive roles. Her leadership qualities were recognized early at Pentron where she was tasked with creating a Human Resources department. Beth has extensive experience in the hiring process. She believes knowing all facets of a business and its operations leads to successful and rewarding placements. Beth was promoted throughout her career and held the role of Sr. Vice President of Operations for Pentron. In 2008 Pentron went from being a privately held company to a public company. She was then promoted to GM. As GM she was responsible for the day-to-day performance of Human Resources, Corporate Operations, IT, Sales and Marketing, R&D and Quality for the Pentron site. She knows the challenges companies face and the matrix that makes successful companies. Beth will leverage her knowledge and expertise to assist clients and candidates in achieving their goals. As a consultant, Beth works with clients on professional and senior level positions in Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Operations and Engineering. Beth holds a B.A. in Legal Studies with a Minor in Psychology from Quinnipiac University. She lives in Cheshire with her husband and children. She is actively involved in professional organizations, Cheshire schools, and community activities.

Vice President
Amy Lemon joined Bohan & Bradstreet in 2005 with over 10 years in corporate Human Resources, including a strong focus on hiring and talent management in many functional groups. On the corporate side, she has worked in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, publishing, and consulting, and she leverages her insights from those experiences when partnering with clients and candidates. Amy understands how critical it has become for companies to find and compete for talent and for candidates to continue growing their skills in a constantly changing marketplace. Amy’s approach to client and candidate placements involves keying in on both the core job skills and the soft skills, assuring that candidates fit the job responsibilities and the company culture. As a consultant, Amy works with clients on professional and senior level positions in Marketing, Sales, Human Resources and Operations. She has client partners in industries such as consumer products, medical products, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and distribution. Amy graduated with a B.A. from Yale University and a M.A. from Harvard University. She lives with her husband and 2 children in Guilford, where she is actively involved in school and community activities.

Lauren P. Loomis,

Lauren Loomis joins Bohan & Bradstreet with eight years experience in the financial services industry where she focused on Marketing and Communications for Prudential Financial. While with Prudential, she also held positions in Human Resources, Training & Development and Operations. She holds her NASD Series 6&63 license and has extensive knowledge in successfully executing marketing plans, product development initiatives, project management and brand recognition. Lauren understands the value of active listening to identify opportunities for candidates that will provide career satisfaction and ongoing advancement. She is dedicated to unparalleled client service and building long lasting relationships that bring continued success to each organization’s goals. As a search consultant, her primary focus is placing senior staff to leadership roles in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support. Victoria M. Pallotto joined BOHAN & BRADSTREET, Inc. in 1995 as a personnel consultant specializing in the accounting and finance disciplines. Vicki joined the staffing industry with ten years of diverse experience in public accounting, and contributing financial roles with: Philips Electronics, Anixter and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Vicki received her MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven and obtained a BS in Accounting from Providence College. She served on the 1999 Big Billers Panel for the Connecticut Association of Personnel Services (CAPS) and the 2002 Big Billers Panel for the New England Association of Personnel Services (NEAPS) regional conference. In 2002, Vicki was nominated to The Pinnacle Society as one of the most successful search consultants nationally. As a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), she has developed and supported clients in public accounting, private industry and Fortune 500 settings throughout Connecticut. She has continued to successfully grow her business as her candidate recruitment has focused on assisting professionals from staff to senior management level, in addition to developing and maintaining excellent client relationships. Vicki has made the investment to personally meet her candidates and clients and takes a highly focused approach towards the placement process. She has participated in New Haven County community organizations as a volunteer for events coordinated by the American Cancer Society, Leukemia Society and Pilot Pen Tennis Tournament. Joined Bohan & Bradstreet in 1997 with over 20 years diversified business experience in both “Big 4” public accounting and private industry. Worked for both PWC and KPMG, with client focus ranging from large SEC engagements to small private foundations. Former Corporate CFO and Controller, specializing in manufacturing environments with responsibility for all financial, treasury, data processing, personnel and administrative functions. Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Pace University, with honors, and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
As a Senior Vice President at Bohan & Bradstreet, specialize in the placement of accounting, financial and tax personnel at the staff to Senior Manager level. My send-out to placement ratio is one of the best in the industry. In assisting candidates, utilize a team-approach to insure they will excel during the interview process. Candidates are required to prepare, in advance, their thoughts, value added accomplishments-to-date, and both a soft and technical skill assessment. A typical meeting will be a fun, fact-filled role-playing session. In supporting clients, Phil will invest the time to visit the hiring authority, learn the business history and strategic focus, explore the culture, define the management philosophy, and discover the uniqueness of each search project. From this foundation, establish search parameters, strategize with the B&B team and partner with the client to insure that candidates presented are on-target with the position requirements based upon a thorough evaluation of the Company, position and internal culture.

Mark R. Proft,
Assistant Vice President
Mark Proft leads the Engineering and Operations practice for Bohan & Bradstreet. A former executive with Otis Elevator, Pratt & Whitney, Carrier Corporation, Pitney Bowes, and Legrand, he brings over 15 years of management experience in product development and general management to the team. As a hiring manager for new product development, technical sales, and marketing organizations, he knows first-hand the crucial role that talent selection plays for any business. Mark approaches client engagements with a hiring manager’s perspective; emphasizing urgency, and presenting candidates that have both the motivation and organizational fit, as well as the required professional skills to make immediate contributions. Mark specializes in building careers within the “innovation pipeline”; from product development and engineering to operations. His industry focus is on technology-driven companies developing industrial and consumer durable products, with a special emphasis on businesses focused on energy, the environment, and medical devices. Mark holds a B.S. in Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and resides in West Hartford, CT.
