Associations

B&B has a vast network of professional associations that we are active with and have either originated or participate with to provide services to our clients and support best practices.

  • Advisory Councils
Here is a forum where business executives can confidentially meet every six weeks and discuss business challenges openly. There are multiple forums to support a diversity of businesses and ensure elimination of competitors in the same forum.  Utilizing a Mastermind approach, a challenge is presented to the forum with the expectation that a solution can be provided from the 200+ years of business experience of the attendees. Questions and conversations are exchanged and upon conclusion, each attendee provides a solution or recommendation to the presenter. Examples of topics include: What can a business do when it is not making a profit from servicing your #1 customer?  How can you effectively introduce a direct sales initiative without disturbing the traditional marketing through dealers and distributors? When are you spending too much or too little on information technology? How do you modify traditional thinking and philosophies during changing times? Is there a way to effectively demote a valued employee and promote a successor from within?
